Google Calendar Integration

Tradecall Bookings

by Tradecall Pro (ClearStack Advisory LLC DBA Tradecall Pro)

Tradecall Bookings is the calendar integration behind Tradecall Pro's voice agent. It connects to a business's Google Calendar to check real-time availability and book appointments with their customers automatically, day or night.

Your calendar, working while you're on the job

When a customer calls or texts a business that uses Tradecall Pro, the voice agent needs to know what times are actually open. Tradecall Bookings is the piece that makes that possible. It reads free/busy availability from the connected Google Calendar and writes new appointments directly onto it once a time is confirmed with the customer.

Nothing is booked without a real, available time slot, and every appointment created through the voice agent is placed on the same calendar the business already uses. No separate scheduling tool to check.

Checks real-time availability Reads free/busy status before offering a time to a customer.
Books confirmed appointments Creates the calendar event once a customer confirms a time.
Keeps one source of truth Uses the business's existing Google Calendar. No separate app to manage.
Never sold or shared Calendar data is used only to schedule appointments for that business.

Emails sent from your own address

Tradecall Bookings can send emails from the Google account a business connects, such as appointment confirmations, new-booking notices, quotes, invoices, payment receipts, review requests, campaign emails, lead notifications, and contact emails. It does not send appointment reminders. Each email is sent only when an action in the platform triggers it, such as a customer confirming an appointment time, a business sending a quote, or a business starting a campaign. Each message contains only the content for that action.

It cannot read your inbox. Tradecall Bookings requests only Gmail's send permission (gmail.send). It can send a message and nothing else. It cannot read, search, list, or open any email in the connected mailbox.

The Privacy Policy explains how this data is handled under Google's Limited Use requirements.

How we handle calendar access

Tradecall Bookings requests two limited calendar permissions: calendar.events and calendar.readonly. It uses them to check availability and to create an appointment once a customer confirms a time. It never creates, deletes, or administers calendars themselves, and it never changes calendar sharing settings. Access can be revoked at any time from a connected Google account's third-party access settings.

Full details on what we collect, how it's used, and how it's protected are in our Privacy Policy.
